My name is Ajay Pant.  After 35+ years in the tennis and racquets industry, I have now formed my own consulting company - Karundy Consulting.

Tennis has been very kind to me.  I am one of 14 global teaching pros who have been given the highest teaching designation of “Master Pro” by both the United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA) and Professional Tennis Registry (PTR).  I have been awarded “Pro of the Year” by both PTR and USPTA and “Tennis Person of the Year” by Tennis Industry Association.

On the business side of tennis, I have had the privilege to serve as the National Tennis Director for Midtown (Tennis Corporation of America) clubs and as the Vice President for Racquet Sports for Life Time.  Both companies were the largest indoor court operators in the United States during my tenure.  Midtown had 160 tennis professionals and produced $17M in annual revene.  Life Time had 320 tennis professionals and had $23M per year in tennis revenue.

Throughout my career, I have enjoyed figuring out what motivates people, finding common ground and getting things done. Of course, this also applies to all on-court behaviors and teaching methodologies.  I take immense pride in working with tennis teams to create unique programming that sets the brand apart.
